Keep on Cookin' - Vietnamese Style

Hoi An, Vietnam -


Today we took a Vietnamese Cooking Class offered by Morning Glory here in Hoi An.   It all starts off with a visit to the market -








And then, we use those ingredients to cook up a feast in 4 parts.

We made:

Shrimp Mousse Soup:



Mango Salad:


BBQ Chicken (this one was really hard!):



Banh Xeo (or Hoi An Crispy Pancakes):



After all the cooking, Mom's Thumb got all gnarly though,


So, we're off to see the doctor!  Ugh...
